Review on Calendula Hydrating & Toning Mask by John Masters Organics

Everybody loves hydrating masks, they give you the moisture you need and make your skin smooth. I just discovered this hydrating mask from John Masters Organics a couple of weeks ago and it is dreamy. It's everything I am looking as far as hydrating mask goes. Just hear me out...

Look at that packaging guys. It screams natural and organic. Simple dark brown glass jar contains 57g (2oz) of product. But I have to say it looks pretty small when I opened the box. But with 57g I think it will last me for a while. I ordered it from feelunique and it cost me €33.80. It's definitely on the pricier side but I am quite happy with what it can do to my skin.

This mask is very creamy in texture just how I like it, and I must must mention it smells divine. It smells like you are sitting in a garden relaxing and it filled with flowers and herbs while having a facil. It's like in a garden and in a spa at the same time. I am pretty bad when it comes to describe scent. But trust me on this one, it smells so good you guys will like it too.

It claims to penetrate the skin with an abundance of ingredients that protect against free radical damage, regenerate collagen and balance the production of sebum, and I have to say I agree with it about 90%. It does contain all natural ingredients which are very good for your skin and most of them are organic. It also does absorb it to my skin very fast. It gives me the moisture that I need, but I don't know about regenerating collagen on my skin because I really can't see it but I have to say that after I wash it off my skin feels smooth and plumped.

As you can see here when I apply it's very creamy, and after 10-15 mins pretty much all has been absorbed to my skin and the 3rd pic is after washing it off, I don't know if you can tell but it leaves my skin soft, smooth and glowy.

I really like this mask not just because it smells lovely. It definitely does the job in terms of keeping my skin moisturized. I think that's the main thing about moisturizing mask isn't it?! If it moisturizes that's all it matters.
