Morning beauties!
Today I am going to review the Yes! Nurse Hand Cream which I got from cultbeauty. I'll link my cultbeauty haul blogpost here if you haven't read already!
Let's just all take a moment and have a look at this lovely packaging! Isn't that sweet?! #saveforsomething I think it's rather thoughtful that we can transfer this box into a piggy bank apparently instead of throwing it away. I like the fact that this company thinks about the environment also raising money for the charity. Big thumbs up for that! When open the box it says "super duper special nurses" etc etc. how cute! I can't get over how lovely and thoughtful the packaging is! Well done Yes! Nurse.
The actual hand cream itself is quite lovely. It smells nice, like some sort of herbs and a little nutty as well quite frankly, like hazel nut. Maybe it's just me. But I like it. The consistency is very gel like. A gel cream I should say. Light in texture and very moisturizing once rubbed in. It absorbs fast and feels nice and matte on my hands although it does feel a little tacky at first but it goes away as soon as it sinks into my hands.
Yes! Nurse was created by paediatric nurse Antonia Steven when she constantly found her hands were patchy, dry and cracked so she developed this ultra hydrating hand cream for saving her hands from washing and sanitizing too much when working at the hospital. It contains some really good ingredients like active Manuka Honey, Omega 3,6&9, sweet almond oil etc etc. Have a look at the photo below if you are interested in seeing the ingredients list.
All in all I give a 4 outta 5 for this hand cream. It does the job! It's a lovely moisturizing hand cream and for the price (£5.50 for 50ml/1.7 fl Oz) you just can't go wrong with it. I suggest to get the double pack for a £1 less (£11 for 100ml) if you really like it. End of the day we girls go through hand creams like nobody's business. Am I right?!
